Our Policies

INFANT SIBLINGS ARE FREE!
Infants eight months and under are free when attending with a registered sibling. Please provide infant’s name and birthdate by registering them also. You will not be charged at the checkout for your infant. Older siblings may visit once per semester, pre-arranged with the office please. If you wish you may make a voluntary contribution to the bursary fund which supports families who would not otherwise be able to come to Music Together®. Please do not come to class with older siblings who are too unwell to go to school; we have many infants, children and pregnant mothers in our classes who particularly need to avoid unnecessary exposure to germs. Any child attending class on a regular basis must be registered for class.

ILLNESS
We know that the best place for your child when they are sick is home. Please do not feel that you must come to class when you or your child are not well; we will ask any family who appears unwell to return home. We all appreciate you not spreading germs and our liberal make-up policy (detailed below) is in place to help you make-up missed class.

New! MAKE-UP POLICY
Our liberal make-up policy is in place to ensure families stay home when feeling unwell. Classes that are missed can be made-up in three ways:
1. Through the Family Portal - By marking missed classes, you can see/book open make-up spots in the current session.
2. Make-Up Classes - Offered at the end of the session, you can book a spot in one of these specialty classes to make-up missed classes.
3. Roll Missed Classes Forward - As long as you are enrolled in the next session, your missed classes will move with you and can be made up using the options above.
